I ANSWER EVERY TIME THEY CALL AND THEY HANG UP WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. YET WHEN I AM AWAY FROM MY DESK, I GET VOICE MAILS FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS STATING THEY NEED TO DISCUSS MY ACCOUNT.
