lowering credit card interest rate. i do not even own a credit card. everytime they call and i press 1 to speak to a rep, i ask them to take me off the list and they immediately hang up on me before my sentence is complete.

Credit card interest lowering, I believe. These people constantly call my home phone and I've reported/tried to get them to stop--now they appear to have my cell number too. I don't want my minutes wasted by these junk calls.

The recording stated that my credit may be in trouble and that they could help me. But, they didn't identify who they were at all - even when a person came on the line. It seems to be a marketing scam to get me to borrow money.
