The prerecorded message said that it was urgent that I talk to them to lower my rate on my existing credit card accounts.
The agent attempted to gain personal information and sell me a reduced rate on my existing Credit card.

They tell you in the recorded message that they can lower your credit card (how do they know I have a credit card?) and to press one to talk with an operator. When you press one and ask to be removed, they are VERY rude and hang up on you.

Assured me there is nothing wrong with my credit card account, but I should call IMMEDIATELY to lower my interest rate before the offer expires. These calls have been received before and I always file a complaint about them.

Apparently the call was to consolidate my credit. They said press "1" to talk to someone, which I did, and they started yelling profanity at me. They asked if I was a woman, when I asked why it mattered, they said it was because "it sounds like you (I) have a huge cock in your (my) mouth". They told me to go fuck myself & that they were VISA/MASTERCARD and they could mess with my credit. They also told me they were sending someone out to my house in Albuquerque to kill me. They threatened my life and threw profanities at me for several minutes. I finally hung up and blocked the number. They also have other phone numbers, they call every single week, always on a different number. Other numbers they've used include: 802-230-6357, 503-468-5545, 407-702-0538, 612-222-7091, 612-325-8774, 920-602-0879, 920-602-0879, 513-417-0498, 216-744-4009, 262-703-1977, 347-218-0531 and 385-212-1900. They have called on other numbers also. I have received calls from them for 9 months. HELP!!!!
