When you hold to speak to a rep they hang up when you request to be removed from their database.

They always hang up on me, no matter how nicely I ask to be removed. Don't they realize if they like having a job, they will do business the right way? Who would ever use a business who you don't know and calls you asking for your personal information so you can lower your rates. I'm fed up with them. I've registered all my phone numbers but they keep calling. Someone has to have a way to locate this company!
