Consolidating credit card balances to get a lower rate.
Caller: Card Member Services
Lower interest rates on credit card press one now. I pressed one and requested that they take my number off the call list and they hung up on me. I have been receiving the same recorded message with the same results from over 15 different numbers.
First stated that there was an urgent message from Card Member Services; message then goes on to promise lowering my interest rates and that I press '1' to speak to a representative.
