It's the same recording every time but a different State and different number. I think it's a scam to get you to give them your credit card numbers. The say your time is running out to lower your credit card interest rate to as little as 4.9% press one to talk to a person no option is given to opt out or be put on a do not call list. My other reference numbers are 12-T00924628 AND 12-T00929009 THEY CALL ME ABOUT EVERY 2-3 DAYS I TALK TO THEM CUSS THEM SCREAM AT THEM AND THEY KEEP CALLING I THINK WE NEED TO GET THE FBI INVOLVED. HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GIVING THEM THEY'RE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND HAVE ALL OF THEY'RE INFO TO STILL THEY'RE IDENITY.

They say 'nothing is wrong with your account.....' They want to help by giving a better credit card rate. Don’t have any account with them. Receiving 2-4 calls a day from these guys. The pre-recorded messages to the cell phones are using minutes from our plan – that is illegal.

Reduction in interest rate on credit cards.

Cardholder services has been calling for months. I've been on the DNC list for years. I would very much like to sue them, but I've been unable to find any sort of address or company to actually serve, because I've been unable to actually trace their calls. If there's any way to pass along that information, with their associated numbers, I'd be highly appreciative. Alternatively, I'm pretty sure whoever can make them stop calling would be an American hero - I'd just be happy if the calls stopped!

The pre-recorded message says: "Hi this is Rachel with Cardholder Services, calling in reference to your current credit card accounts. There are no problems currently with your account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Press the number 1 on your telephone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates. Thank you."

When I press "1," the operator says, "Have you called to lower your interest rates?"
