They start out "This is not a sales call" they are proposing to provide a free security system. They are selling the monthly monitoring service. I have received at least 5 other calls and have filed similar complaints in the last couple of weeks. They are abusive calls.

I rec this same tel call on 8/7/12 at 11:03 AM, saying if I allow them to put their sign in our yard they will install a new sec system for at no charge whatsoever, BUT, they used a different tel number 503-468-5092 the id Said Oregon, on 8/7. On 8/20 the ID said Answer

Dishonest people have found a way around the do not call list. They simply "spoof" your caller ID with a bogus disconnected number from one of Mitt Romney's call centers in Pakistan. Good luck y'all!

"FBI reports break ins in your area...." I, too, pressed the number to speak to a rep and asked how he got my number as I am on the do not call list (what a joke THAT is!). He hung up on me.
Here is how I deal with spam calls on my cell: I save as a contact under Spam, and when that filled up, I started another contact as Spam 2, etc. I have set the Ringtone choice for these to "No Ring". So, they come through, but I don't hear them if they are repeat calls. That's saved me a few headaches.
Also, the FCC is probably getting sick of me, because I fill out a report online for these calls whenever I can.

i just dont answer any numbers i dont know. if they need me bad enough, they will leave a voice mail or call again
