Direct TV is the worst I have ever had....can not wait to be out of thier contracted prison of very very bad service!!!

I called to tell them I did not want to pay $250 for the NFL ticket, and to "not" renew it......so now I am getting a call from this #. I suppose they are checking on the service of the call. I hate Direct TV, worst expierience ever in all my years of TV service. I have a little more then a year left in thier prison service. When you sign up you only have a very short window to make changes, after that if you want to add on a box or other ideas they charge you hundreds of dollars. Which I did not pay. I can't wait to he done with them!!! All they want is "money ".....the heads at the top make no effort to budge an inch for customer service!!!

I have had nothing but bad luck with direct tv. I hate it. Have to keep for few more month. Can't wait to get away from it hate it hate it. Beware.

DirecTv has the best programming and service, but they could cut back on the number of calls checking to see if I'm satisfied.

They are only calling to get feedback on a recent service call...chances are you made one. I called Saturday night about a movie I ordered and they just called to make sure everything worked well. Seems like pretty good customer service to me. i LOVE DIRECTV and am NOT being paid to write this!!!

I get these calls and I am NOT a DirectTV customer. At this rate I will NEVER be a DirectTV customer.

Not only that, they keep changing the number they call from to get around the number blocking.

I wonder if we can do a class-action suit to stop these calls.

Yeah great. Great customer service....calling customers after 10 at night. The phone woke my baby and now I have to fight to get myself back to sleep. I'm up at 4 am daily. This alone makes want to cancel. A survey at 10 pm? Epic failure

Hate directv they are a rip off calls but wont leave a message. My bill has gone up 5 times in the last 7 months

The caller maybe DirecTv? They didn't identify themselves or leave a message, so I blocked the number! If it is not important to them not to ID the caller or leave a message then, it is TOTALLY UNIMPORTANT to me. Besides, I know no one in Vermont.

Continue to call and leave no message. I have direct pay for billing so I don't know why they call a couple times a day for the last month or more!

I agree. I get calls all the time from them. I think I will call and say I have a new number and then give them a random disconnected one. They are calling daily. They have direct billing w me so every call is not about a bill but just ocd questions.

I specifically told DirectTV Not to text or call my cell, but they call all the time. Their service is horrible!!!!
