Got a call today. Now they claim they are "handling a complaint filed against you," imply that to avoid legal proceedings we must call 802-552-0840. This time they did not name us, just said "you." Same number as Social Security Fraud scam calls (which named a person who hasn't been here for 12 years).

I firatbecame aware of this when my son called with a message for me from these people. He received the call on a boeing issued work cell phone and is still receiving calls today. My son told me that there to 2 charges against me for tax fraud and he gave me the number to contact them That number is 1-802-552-0848. From the start i knew something was not right. I contacted irs got confirmation my ss # clear. The irs asked me to report this phone number to the Attorney General, and i did.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, reported this to everett police, and to the Montpelier VT police, This being the ID that apprears of my caller id, Also the area code is Montpelier VT. Now i have reported this to every one and the calls continue. This is the word for word message left on my phone, and i have this saved if needed. "I am contacting you from the process & summons division. I am calling to inform you there are two charges going to be filed against you in you county. looks like fraudulent activity is attached to your name against your SS #. I do need to inform you of your legal rights to address these charges filed against you. You will need to address these charges before you are served and your employment or at your personal address. Once you have been served all of your rights will be forfeited. Your case # isXXXXXXX there phone number is 1-802552-0848 you will need to speak to someone in the legal dept." I answered one of there calls on told them the gig is up i know there a scam, and i have turn there asses in. And called a few words. I hung up the phone clicked on a link on my computer and they were trying to hack into my hard drive, I hurried shut everything down. When i was on the phone with the Montppeiler police dept, my phone started my strange noises to me sounded like ghost[s the police said it sounded like ufo's. These people know computer tech. But they have no idea how to be decent human. Karma will get there all if i dont but i am going to keep trying, because if everyone says there's nothing we can do, These people win I am going to find they to catch you. mofo

Yep, they are still active just received automated call that was very threatening. Said my wife had two criminal summons issued in her name. and furthermore declared that we had been served over the phone. You cannot be served over the phone!
I called them back. They were very rude and trite. Finally got the company name "Goldman and Associates in Vermont". Three times they denied that they are bill collectors.
