to lower my interest rate on my credit card, but they never say what credit card. i never heard them say a name of who they are and they always say it is my last call because time is running out. and on the voicemail the beg of the message is always cut off.

Called themselves "Cardholder Services" advising that I could adjust my interest rate downwards. This is around the 100th call I've gotten from this scammer.

This call was on my cell phone. I am on the Do Not Call list. I did not answer because I did not recognize the area code. Then I found this online and the number is listed in the "scam" list. I now have it blocked.

Got a phone call from an out-of-state number
that I don't "know" or recognize.
I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.
They left no message.

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List,
and have been for over a year now.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)

I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government
to work for me, and stop these calls.
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)
We should all pile on.
