Having figured out a way to finally stop this caller, I'm spreading the word to help others from the agony. It's simple, just call 866-246-7196 with the caller's and receiving phone numbers. They confirmed 802-727-4633 is on their list and then added my receiving phone number to the do not call request list. It took just under a couple of days to process but it's quite effective in stopping these calls.

Just got another call from this number: 802-727-4633, with the CallerID: V102511262400022. They call repeatedly, a few times a week. So much for having a phone number on the Do Not Call List....
