I called them back after receiving a recorded message that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. The man told me he was an officer with the IRS and I must cooperate. I asked where he was located and he said Washington DC and I asked why this was a SC cell phone number. He told me again I must cooperate. I told him to remove me from their call list.
