medical alert paid for + the shipping paid

Voice Mail message "Hi, this is John from Shipping Department". He said he had emergency medical alert device that was "already paid for" he wanted to send. Shipping was "already paid" too. He said "To schedule delivery press 1.. to decline delivery press...." I immediately deleted message from my land telephone. Call sounded like live call but am not sure. He did not identify company. My callerID said "Unknown Caller" from phone number 803-591-9481 I have never requested emergency medical alert device from anybody. A few years ago I called an 800 number and requested information on a medical alert button - they sent brochure. I don't remember name of company. Am on do not call list. Have received Unknown Caller calls from area code 803 before but this is first time unknown caller left message. But I did not make note of phone number. Thanks for anything you can do to stop these unwanted calls.
