They're really friendly and are just wanting to learn more about your home needs. I think they're only calling you to follow up on your initial inquiry. If you ask for more information, they call you to learn more about what kind of information you actually need. That's super helpful. I'd rather have someone call me and ask me what I need in particular than have someone send me a bunch of unnecessary information. It's not their faults that you seemed interested in their community. They don't force you to buy a home; they let you look at plans, explore the community and let you make a decision yourself.
They don't try to get you to buy a home in Woodside. You have inquired about a home, they're just following up with your inquiry. If you don't provide information about a house that you're looking at or wanting to view then there is no reason for them to be calling you. You start the conversation.
