Have had calls from Heritage Foundation Special Olympics several times in recent days, e.g. from (248) 721-9157 at 8:03 AM one day and 8:27 AM another day, as well as from (248) 686-0899 at 8:20 AM, 8:23 AM and 8:25 AM on other recent days. Isn't it illegal for such call to be made before 9:00 AM? Is this a scam operation? I have been giving to Special Olympics in response to their mail solicitation, but am so annoyed by what is going on I am considering crossing them off my list.
