Says they are the court and will arrest you for not paying a loan

Called my number asked for someone else. Refused to remove me from their calling list. I called over and over to request removal, get this, they threatened me with court action for harassment!

They called twice and didn't answer, could hear back ground male voices and rap music in back ground. They don't hang up but wait until you hang up.

They called to say they want to settle, and then threatened to come to my job or house and serve me papers, then there was two different phone numbers.
