I got a call from this number a day after a similar call from a different area code. Each time it is the same canned message in two parts - a bot introduces and a voice filling in the name. The first one claimed I had some federal issue I needed to take care of and this claims a civil complaint. They both say they are going to file papers. This seems to be the latest scam going around.

Having same issue. calling my work cell, stating "A civil complaint to appear in court "You are being contacted from the summons process of the summons division and two charges filed in my county against me for fraudulent activity in my name and social security number." it goes on and on about forfeiting my rights if I don't call them back. This is troublesome; but I hope no one is actually falling for this garbage.

They left a voice massage in my cell saying 100% exactly what they've told you. Totally agree. This is garbage !!!

Having same issue. calling my cell, my main work line w/ robocalls stating "A civil complaint to appear in court in my county, or "You are being contacted from the summons process of the summons division and two charges filed in my county against me for fraudulent activity in my name and social security card." This makes no sense, is a lie and against TCPA and FDCPA regulations.

Having same issue here. They left a voice message in my cell saying 100% exactly what they've told you. When I called back asking for their company's name, they said that they're a mediation firm. I told them not to call my number again or legal actions will be taking against them. Totally agree. This is an harassment and it is against the law. These people should be reported to the authority.

The call came to my cell. AGAIN! Robotic voice says my name, human voice says there is some kind of legal action against me for fraud and something else. I hung up before the end.

NONE of what they say is true and I have had enough of this foolishness!

I called them back, asking how they got my number. They said that Sheldon McDaniels gave it to them, so I said "Well remove that number, cause this isn't him". The woman was very rude and said "There's no need to be hostile" and hung up on me.

Got this call multiple times last week and the girl was very rude...until I said I was in hurry because I was heading to Ferguson to help out my people, at which time she flipped and called me every name under the book. Real collectors with legitimate debt don't talk like this ratchet Hoe. Her and her cohorts should all get cancer and die

real legal notifications are NEVER made this way. I went to the NYPD and had the police detective call this number to question them and the guy hung up. This is a scam....

Male person left vm on my mobile phone that he received a fax order regarding a civil complaint that was filed against me. Blah, blah, blah. If I have questions or want to settle this before court, call back and reference case number ... "You have officially been served."

I received a call from this number for an Evelyn Aiken
regarding a summons for fraudulent activity. I called back
and got a rude lady asking me for my number. While trying to give my number she yelled at me "give me your
number" At that point I lost it and yelled back I am giving you my number. She then hung up on me. If I
had the name of the company, I would report them to the FCC.

Keeps calling my job and saying they are going to charge me with fradulent activity and etc..... Don't know who the hell they are and they are asking me by my Maiden Name. I've been married for 14 years

Samd number called me as well. Over and Over again. And when i called back i was a young teenage BOY who answered. Did not give name of company. And when i said something about it, he got mad and hung up on me. BIG SCAM!

Same experience as Jane. This number called me as well as 202-697-4451. Same canned message calling for my mom. These are sad pathetic people committing fraudulent for scamming people.
