I get a call everyday (M-F) from a different number everyday. Does no good to block a number. I report it every day to the Do Not Call List/FTC. Does no good. Suspect Do Not Call List has been hacked.

Calls don't leave message just calls continues from varies numbers.

This what I have learned about this number. It's coming in from overseas. I have Magic jack so it picks up the number's code for caller id - V30211104900169. These are "HACKERS." They r trying to get into ur computer system. They NEVER say a word. The call will not connect if u call it back. Their system is collecting ur IP addy, etc. NEVER SAY YES ON THE PHONE. Hang up on any call that says nothing w/n 5 seconds. Unplug your router and count to 10. REPORT THESE CALLS TO DO NOT CALL. ON THE RECORDING ASK THEM TO FORWARD THESE V #s to the FBI. DUMP ALL ATT and AOL ACCOUNTS. They INVITE these hackers. Snowden did not lie. Welcome him hm w/open arms, hugs and kisses. These hackers have crashed 5 of my laptops. I have been battling these hackers for the last 2 YEARS. You'll KNOW they r n your computer when they DESTROY your restore program. It's a dam shame we can't even ANSWER our phones anymore.
