Ditched Scana for Infinite Energy to get rid of Billmatrix fees and to get a better rate. Scana started calling me. Not interested, you had your chance.

This is absolutely SCANA's phone number and not a scam. They used this number to call me about a power outage problem I had.

I was calling to let you know that your fix rate is expiring soon. Please call us back toll free at 1-866-498-0412 as soon as possible to guarantee your new rate plan. You can also renew your rates online at www.scanaenergy.com. Thank you we look forward to hearing from you soon."
I am a Scana Gas Customer, and my 12 month contract will expire next month = I did renew for another 12 months online = I did NOT call them back
and
wish they had better caller ID....but they did leave a message, as any legit company should....
