Citifinancial Retail Services Division of Citicorp Trust Bank

This is a central collections system. It could be Home Depot or Rooms to Go or any other credit card. Bottom line, this is a collections agency. They call my cell phone 4-5 times per day. First time, I answered. Now I just hit ignore.

I've been receiving 3 to 4 calls/day from this number,and notice that this has been going on a very long time;there are numerous FCC complaints;why have they not been stopped? Obviously someone who once had my new ATT number owes them money.

Sorry, but I don't think you can stop them. Since they do not leave a message and they could be from any card service, you just might have to change your phone number.

1-803-835-5600 has called my cell phone about 50 times, and when i ask they hung up

Bill collectors. They'll call, stay on the line, then then up. No messages. Several calls a day.

They call work and cell several times a day. Payments been made but still call! Even after insisting they cannot call work line still call and harass other associates!

This number calls our home several times a day, everyday. When we answer the call no one responds. We know it is an open line because we can hear someone breathing. What can we do to stop this?
