Since joining the Board in June, we've taken steps to improve accountability and plan for the future:
✅ Fiscal Responsibility: Established new spending limits requiring Board approval and greater oversight of taxpayer dollars.
✅ Transparency: Starting budget workshops earlier, visiting schools, hearing from teachers, and reviewing spending more closely.
✅ Responsible Planning: Developing 5- and 10-year plans for school maintenance and upgrades as our district grows.
