This Arty Pratt called me and said he seen my resume on Monster.com and that he was calling from Bankers Life and Casualty Company. How dare him call with these lies. Do something with this man.

got a phone call from them just now, same as everyone else. i too am currently looking for a job, and i assume they had made a fake job posting i applied to. i wish job seeking sites charged to post so there weren't so many fake positions/scams like this posted.

I got a call on my cell phone yesterday. Guy with an accent said he and his manager viewed my resume, and wanted to talk to me about a job. Glad I read this stuff before calling him back!

I received a call (voice-mail) today from the same number. Apparently, "the recruiter" was inquiring on behalf of the manager who supposedly viewed my wife's resume on CareerBuilder.com for a banking spot in Richmond, VA. He wanted her to call if interested and set up an interview. Ironically, she is looking for a job, but she did not post a resume for any banking position on said website. In addition, the recuiter sounded very young and not at all professional as you would expect from a true Human Resources department. Too many "ummmms and ahhhhs" in his wording as well. Be very weary of this type of call.

got the same phone call today. same guy & pretty much said the same thing. i also never applied to a banking job & i have heard the "banker's life" company is a scam.. you can google it i think. but glad i saw this & wasn't the only one!

Called me and left voice-mail stating they found my resume on HotJobs and want to set up interview. I haven't put my resume there and it seems strange, although I am really looking for a job at the moment.
