Same thing, called and left a prerecorded message that the irs is suing me. When i called back I got some guy with a foreign accent and a bad connection. It's a complete scam.

just got a pre-recorded message that I need to call this number or have my lawyer call them referencing case no. DH76295 then it leaves this number 804-212-0341! Bogus!!!!!!

Called me today and left a message saying the IRS is suing me and I must call back right away. A man picked up and said he was at the Dept of treasury and when I began to question him and tell him I googled the number before I called back and this is a scam he called me a MF B**** and not to call them back and hung up. Well I have decided to call them back all afternoon so they can see what it's like to have calls like this. Messed with the wrong person lol

Sounds like IRS scam from India or Bangladash....terrible English and accent....guy called me an MF when I ask him to repeat what he was saying

Yes I got an automated message saying to call as soon as possible because I've criminal lawsuit against me. And if I hung up the police was going to come to my door in 30 minutes. TOTALS CAM!!

same here. On the iphone if you push the little "i" next to the voice message, you can select Block Caller. I also always go on the Do not Call List site and complain by reporting the phone number.

I just got a call from this # and they left me a message (in a computerized voice) providing me a case # and requesting I call back. They also wished me good luck because if they don't hear back from me, "the situation" totally unfolds on me (oh brother!). Obvious scam.

Revived a call and voice mail from the 804-212-0341 number threatening legal action against me. I called back knowing full well that its a scam. When I threatened legal action against them under the Telephone Consumers Protection Act they cussed me out, told me it was a scam and good luck finding them, then they hung up on me.

Same number called me three times. Left two voice messages threatening action by the IRS and "wishing me good luck" if I, or my "attorney of record" did not return the call. I called & had a horrible connection. I tried to stay on the line to clarify the reason for the call. Lady with heavy accent said I am being sued by the IRS. Just got on the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration to report the fraud...Update, just received a "call back" from the "IRS" (phone number now 330-423-0403 in OH). Same lady gave me her name Officer Dale Macane.

whoever is calling states that it's my last time and that I need to get in contact with my lawyer. The phone call is coming up as UnKnow Name. When I tried calling back the phone doesn't ring.
