Received same scam call on cell phone in Michigan. Claiming to be IRS.

I am receiving calls from 804-212-0341 and they are claiming to be the IRS. When I don't answer the phone I receive a voicemail stating that legal actions are being taking against me. When I answer the phone a person with a strong accent answers and says the same thing. They want me to tell them my name, number and zip code. I don't tell them anything because I have not received anything in the mail from the IRS.

Automatic call keeps claiming that it's a criminal lawsuit filed against u something dealing with the IRS. They also call from another phone number +1-213-289-3862. They want you to return a call claiming the situation is time-sensitive.

Recording claiming I had criminal charges filed against me and needed me to call immediately, Yeah right.
