rec'd call on Octber 21, 2011 from Officer John Michaels. He left a disturbing voice mail stating that he was from Officer John Michaels stating that he was from the State of Virginia Bureau of Crimes and Investigation. he added that he had a legal matter to discuss with me and that it could affect my job and be embarrassing if he had to come to my job. He had a thick Indian accent.

A guy states he is with the State of Virginia bureau of Crimes and Investigation and has a legal matter regarding one of our member's social security used by illegal immigrant.
I HAVE ASK FOR HIM TO CONTACT OUR MEMBER AT HIS HOME # AND NOT TO CALL OUR OFFICE, WE DO NOT TAKE CARE OF PERSONAL BUSINESS. This guy calls and calls and calls. I have passed this information to our member and he even states this is a scam.

Started receiving calls from this number. Strong East Indian accect, have not returned their calls. Looked up these numbers on the internet and found that these individuals are scammers

I've gotten 10 calls to my work phone from these people. I called them back and told them to stop calling my work and the guy is claiming to send officers to my work to arrest me, he then said I will surely get fired. I also proceeded to tell them that I've already notified Cash Advance America and they informed me that he was fraud. Even though I have told him I am reporting them to the FBI and local Police, and that under FTC guidelines they can no longer call me if I ask them to stop, they still continue to call my cell and work phone. It is quite embarrassing as they always leave messages pertaining to me be some kind of criminal. They are clearly from India, and every time I try to one up them with some facts or knowledge they get very nasty and start making idle threats. This is totally bogus.
