Called my CELL PHONE this morning after 9 a.m. local time. I didn't answer and no voicemail message was left. My call blocker app (CallDetector) ID'd caller as Genworth Financial Ins Co in Richmond, VA. CID showed phone # and Richmond, VA as well. I called back in afternoon and got message from my carrier (TracFone) that unable to complete call and I was referred to TracFone help line. Possible spoofed number or other reason call could not go through to this "company." I can call other numbers, so nothing wrong with my cell phone service.

Both 1-804-281-4551 & 1-804-281-4419 called my cell phone stating it was a job opportunity robocall. NEVER signed up for this!

Called my landline at 9:04 a.m., I ignored the unfamiliar number, and of course they didn't bother to leave a message.

Caller ID spammed to show Affordable Heal (short for Healing maybe??) to fool people I suspect. Recorded messages asking you to register for their service.
