Just received a call. Caller ID shows Anthem Inc. Person stated they were looking for (my husband or myself) in regards to a person. Then the call ended. I called our insurance and they could not find any information regarding a call. Sounds like a scammer phished the phone number.

Harassment and stalking calls.

They had my correct name, phone number and insurance. Really becoming fed up with these companies like Apple, etc selling out personal info to scammers for use!!!!!!!

They called asking for private information saying it was for out come of pre-authorization of medication request. And called me on a Sunday no less. I will get ahold of Blue cross Blue shield on Monday and ask them why this anthem would be calling on a Sunday asking for this information over a medication request, when Blue cross has never called about medication request or denials for such.

Said they were with my insurance (somewhat correct info) and offered a number to call for nurse service and support.
