The Indian sounding man called me on my cell phone and said he was from ICD and threated to have the Police come arrest me if I didn't send them $150 immediatly . I told him I wouldn't sent him anything since I don't owe anyone money. I asked him who he was and to speak to a supervisor. I waited on hold for 2 minutes and another Indian man got on the phone and told me I had better pay or he would call my job and tell them I was "A lazy nigger and i don't pay my bills" for starters the racial slur was not taken kindly and I shared some words back at him. He proceeded to tell me he was going to come to my home and make me pat the money. WHO IS THIS ASS HOLE. He isn't a real collection company and will not supply me with any information except a P.O. Box to send money to.
Oh sometimes you just need to mess with these folks. First of all, I am a paralegal in a law firm, and I used to work in bankruptcy. Second, my dad is retired FBI.
I applied for a payday loan, and then decided that I did not like the rates and so I called to cancel it before it was deposited. I just opened a new bank account, and had never had a payday loan on it. Furthermore, I have not had a payday loan in about 3 years, and paid the last one I took off.
So "Officer Brian Solis" calls me and states that there is a very serious criminal investigation going on against my name and social security number, and could I verify the last four of my social as XXXX? I have had a few of these, so I decided to mess with them and said no, I would not give that information out, but would definitely like to know more about this criminal action. I was given a "federal" case number, and asked to hold while I was transferred to a "deputy".
"Officer John Harris" asked me to listen to what he had to say to me, and informed me that I would have five federal criminal charges leveled against me because it had been determined that I was a "habitual" abuser of payday loans and not paying them back. If I did not respond to this by 2:30 this afternoon, they would take the paperwork down to the federal court in my state and file the charges. I asked him when it was that this payday loan was taken out, and he said he did not have that information.
So then I said listen to me carefully...this bank account has only been open a short time and has never had a payday loan in it. I work in a law firm, and my father is retired FBI. If you call me again, I will track your ass down and sue you for all you are worth. You picked the wrong woman to fuck with.
And I hung up.
I will be filing something with the attorney general's office in my state, and am going to research on the federal level as well.
Don't let these SOB's fool you. It's a scam.
Depth of law and justice called said I owed Instant Cash Advance $4,000+/$845.25 out of court. All BS
Officer Brian called me after I said this is a scam he called me mother fucker and all types of names and he said he will be to my house in 30 min to arrest me not real
This number called identified himself as Officer Brian from Dept of BCI asked to call back at ext 963 another one of those heavily accented middle eastern people. Sounds like all the other scammers calling now a days.
