A guy with an Indian accent, IRS "officer Kenneth Matthews," left an aggressive message about tax fraud, federal court and a warrant for my arrest.

Got same threatening call, same guy. I wonder what happens if one calls him back. Said he was in washington, but Richmond, VA area code.

Same thing! Received two calls today from Kenneth Matthews stating this was a serious matter with the IRS and there was a warrant that was going to be issued for my arrest and it was a time sensitive matter. Man had an Indian accent.

I did too this morning...threatening saying it's an urgent matter and if I don't call back, I could be arrested Officer Kenneth Matthews was the name of the person with the accent is what he claims
