When I answer the call, no one was on the other side.

Recently I got a call (can not remember the number now), the woman with accent insist that they have received a microsoft crash report from my computer. When I asked what my computer serial number is, she insisted in asking me what computer do i have. When I said I do not use Microsoft, she kept on saying that they offer a wide range of computer services and so on... eventually I just hung up....

received a few calls, person was not talking, then finally a woman with accent wanted to talk to the owner. I asked to be removed from their list.

My caller ID says this call is from virginia. I am receiving theise calls several times a week and when we answer, they just hand up. I think someone is getting paid for every call they make that someone answers....I'm very tired of this. I have DO NOT CALL and it does not help.

Middle Eastern/Indian man calling, said his name was Darren. Claimed to give a free listing for my website. When I asked him to send me his proposals in writing he said he would but never did. Called me twice.

Received telephone call today, July 21, 2011 at 5:05 p.m. West Coast time, from caller claiming he was from Microsoft and that my computer had a virus. He did not identify himself but went on to say I needed to go to website for a "free download" that would clean up my computer. I told him I already had McAfee Security program, in addition to AOL clean up system. I became suspicious when he (Indian accent) keep insisting that I needed to download the program. I then turned off my computer. He called me back at least eight times even after I told him I would report him for harassment. I then just left my phone off the hook.
My caller ID shows the call came from Tappahnnck, VA at the above listed phone number.
