Capitol One. I had made a payment arrangement with these folks. They were to email something to finalize things. That was possibly a month ago. Never happened. Today I got a hang up call from Capitol One.

I keep getting multiple calls a day and I don’t have capital one. Never have and they spam me with mail trying to get me to get credit cards through them as well

Capital One Collections. I explained to the nice rep about my financial hardship & we agreed to lower pymts. Months later, she quit, and I got a new rep that is a jerk. I quit making pymts. It pays to be nice.
