This party calls but do not say anything, When I try to call the number, 804-642-8078 I get a recording that this number is out of service...How does that work?

These people have been calling mu cell phone for over 8 years. I have repeatedly asked to be removed. They immediately hang up on me. I have installed call blocker on phone just for these scammers. They keep changing their number and when you try to call back it says the number is no longer in service. I have also filed complaints with the Do Not Call service. Has done NO good. I'd love to sue Credit Card Services for taking up my time and harrrasing me.

Messages says press one to lower your interest rate, I pressed one and was hung up on when I asked for my number to be removed. I filed a complaint with donotcall.gov

They call all day and if you push 1 you get a hang up. I get calls 7 days a week.
