keeps calling 4 to 7 times a day no messages

Calling 5 to 6 times a day. No one is on the line when I answer. Calling back is impossible, a recording picks up & says "You have reached a number that is currently not set up to receive calls."

I was getting calls from this number multiple times a day and when I picked up the other call was disconnected.
