You know it's illegal when they're calling you at 8:30pm.

Supposedly the Va. Dept of Health. Calling to conduct calling to survey about health issues. I don't believe it is legitimate and I hung up on them
This is a legitimate call. The VDH is conducting random interviews about disease and death. It is anonymous. Just don't like survey companies that will not leave a message.
