I am a receptions at a Private School. We have also received numerous calls from "Mark Jones". This man has a very heavy accent and insists on talking to one of our employees. He has talked to this employee but still will not give a reason for his call. The caller ID identifies the call coming from King William VA, although in a message he left, he said he is calling from Chicago, IL It will also come up as an unavailable/no number or external call on caller ID. We have 2 phone lines and he will sometimes call over and over tying up both lines where we can not receive other calls or make calls. We have contacted local authorities and they said there is really nothing we can do. We have also contacted our phone company and they also said there is nothing we can do except change our phone #. This started the week of Feb. 15, 2016

I am a receptionist for a State agency. I began receiving harassing phone calls from "Mark Jones" . [50+ phone calls in 60 minutes] for a woman who is home sick today. I took his information and relayed the message but this man refuses to stop calling until he speaks with the woman. He will not give any contact information, and insists that I give him Her cell phone number and address.
