Called 7 times on 11/15/2013 started at 1:26pm with the first call, 1:27pm, 2:07pm, 3:31pm, 4:08pm, 4:10pm and 4:40pm. Answered twice and no response. Called back and its not a working number. Possible payphone?

automated voice asking about outstanding payday loans (which I haven't used in 15 years). callback of number is a non working number. 8 calls in last 10 minutes.

Guy named singh called said he was with auto loan network. said my recent online application was incomplete and that he needed more information to complete the application. wanted my correct SSN and address. I asked who charter fiberlink on the caller id was and he hung up.
