An unwanted call from this Guadalupe VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, a woman named Shannon on a "homeowner's line" blabbered about "safety concerns" until she realized she was talking to a machine, then promptly hung up.
Predators like Shannon are why you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.
