THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLING TO MY WORK PLACE AND NOT GIVING NO INFOMATION ON WHAT THIS IS ABOUT HOW CAN I GET THEM TO STOP

These people called me today and said that owed 300 dollars for a payday loan ( i actually took one out serveral months ago and paid it back in full already) They did not tell me my social security number but they did have my email address and told me that i would have to pay them today by 11am or they would send the police to my job to have me arrested and that i would have to go to court in california as they were suing me for 5000 dollars if it wasnt settled today outside of court. I almost fell for it i even left work to try and get a prepaid visa card ( as they required me to do so ) so i could fax them the number and they could charge the prepaid card. They even wanted me to write a note stating i wouldnt dispute the charges on the card after they were made. After i got off the phone with the woman who claimed to be Ana Jones, with a deep indian or pakistani accent . I called the company i had taken the loan out from before to find out if i still owed on it and explained to them what was said to me , they told me absolutely do not send these people money they are scammers. I called the local police department and asked if there was anything they could do and was of course told no unless i had actually sent them the money and needed to dispute it .
I called the phone number back to give them a piece of my mind and the first time it rang once and said the mailbox was full ( go figure ) the second time the same women answered and i told her i would not be sending them anything that i reported their fraud to the local police department. I also told her she should get a real job if she is going to come to america she should make her money honestly like the rest of the middle class citizens that they are trying to scam into giving them their money , or go back to where she came from !

the man called me ststing his name is "JUSTIN SMITH" i already knew this was a sacam because i had already contacted the local F.B.I office in my area it was a scam ...i was told by "justin smith" if i did not send $ then i would be arrested & that they will fax a warrent to my local police department ...Ms.Kim from the F.B.I ran my information & confirmed i had no warrents in this country or any other country...she made a report through her office & told me tonlet "justin smth" know that i made a report with the F.B.I & that i will report all calls & phone numbers to them...so when "justin Smith" called back i let him know all that & also added " a little piece of advice..if ur gonna use a white name u should not have a thick middle eastern accent" they keep calling me but i just don't answer...trust me i never applyed or acceped a loan

This is exactly what keeps happening to me! He called me at work on Friday saying he was a lawyer out of California ( I live in NH). Stating I applied for a payday loan, recd the money & never pd it back. Now there are criminal charges on my SSN-and they read it back to me. Said I am being charged with fraud & money laundering! This is absolute bs! Telling me I can settle it out of court for $400 or they will come arrest me at work! I never recd the money. They said I would need to call him back in 5 min if I wanted to settle it out of court. I kept telling him I never recd the money & he said if I said that again he wouldnt except the money to settle it out of court. How the F do these people get away with stuff like this?! Im getting married in 23 days & was TOTALLY Freaking out as if I had actually done something. Thats probably their intentions-just freak you out so that you pay it!

THis people have called me more then 5x per day. They have harrased me saying that criminal charges are being pressed against me in court. They have refused to give me information about them and they have cursed at me and hung up the phone. They had the nerve to call my job a so call Christina Rose fro the Dept of Justice, this was very embarrasing, they were rude to my co-worker and disrespectful . They have try to keep me on the line asking me for a case number and the worse part is that they have read my social security back to me. I need this to stop immediatly.
