Unsolicited "help" for your card debt (which I don't have) cold calling, as far as I'm concerned it is a scam.

Caller left a message. She said her name was Tammy Smith. She gave a callback number different from what the caller id showed. This is a scammer trick. My call blocker will block the next call. Get a call blocker or alternately forward their call to another scammer.
