They keep calling and I keep not answering..what bunch of losers

calls multiple times a day

called on my cell phone and didn't leave a message. I didn't answer it because it is an unknown #.

This number called me today and offered to reduce my credit card debt to zero. Claimed to be from CFCC and that there was a new bill allowing this to happen. Inital message was pre-record and had to press 1 to speak to some one. I did and told them I was on the Do Not call List and they told me to have a wonderful day and hung up.
Number is calling from LA and I am in Canada!
