got a call on my cell phone. as far as i know robocalling cellphones is illegal. just filled a complaint with the FTC. i suggest you do the same.

PRE-RECORDED, GENERIC MESSAGE STATING THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS ELIGIBLE FOR A RATE REDUCTION. IT DID NOT STATE A COMPANY NAME, NOR DID IT STATE WHAT TYPE OF ACCOUNT IT WAS REFERRING TO. WHEN I PRESSED 1 TO SPEAK TO A LIVE OPERATOR, I ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALLING LIST. AT THAT POINT, THE PERSON ON THE LINE STARTED PRESSING BUTTONS REPEATEDLY ON THE PHONE FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME.

Lowering my interest on a credit card. They made it sound like they were from my bank but when I tried to get more info from them before I gave out personal information they hung up.
