Stated to be with "Credit Card Services" and was calling to reduce my credit card rates. Asked what company and the woman kept repeating: we work with Citibank, Chase, etc... I asked her who her employer was and she stated again: we work with Citibank, Chase, etc... She finally hung up on me when I continued to ask if she was telling me that Chase was her employer. The initial message just says something along the lines of: this call is about your credit cards - press one option to hear the offer and the other option to discontinue calls.

Invitation call from a company to lower my credit card rate. They try to imply that they are customer service calling from one of my existing credit card accounts. They are not. They are merely soliciting for a new credit card account. I have spoken to reps more than once in the past and have requested they do not call and have mentioned that I'm on the no call list. One rep told me he was on the "I don't give a SH#T list"

"This is your credit card company." (No actual company name). "There is no problem with your credit card but it's important that you contact us to lower your rates...."
