An unwanted call from this Ventura VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, a woman's recorded voice touted home energy savings.
This is a nationwide scam to lighten your wallet (and fatten theirs) that also robocalls from (818) 514-3638, (818) 538-6736, (805) 427-9078, (805) 749-0718, (805) 874-2989 and God knows how many other numbers. DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!
