Completely skipped my phone and went straight to VM. No call record left on cell phone. Some scammer left a message informing me that if I did not press 1 some form of legal action would be taken against my home. Called cell company to report the number.

Interesting ... when I went to block this number, it was a 215 area code, but when I came onto here to block, it shows as 805. So number spoofing as well as phishing.
