Caller named himself Will. Stupid idiot, i asked why you call here, he answered: "I don't know..." is it not dumb f*ck? I blocked him, he tried to call from another number right away, also spam number.

It's an alleged contracting company trying to solicit work. They will allege that they have people in your neighborhood and would like to have someone stop by for a bid. I would strongly urge everyone to refuse such invitations.
