Very rude and into my private life!

I have received three messages from this number. Caller claims to be doing research on a person I am associated with and asks me to call back to answer some questions. No way I'm calling back. Thank you for the opportunity to warn others. I will attempt to attach the voice message.

Yes called me saying they were a law firm calling for a client for someone that had filed 2 complaints about me. What can be done about mis representation?

Called saying they are a law firm. Called back and the answering service answers the phone "please enter your extension" no official title. They say to call back 8558217301. They called my mother in law saying I listed her as an emergency contact, which I NEVER have in my life.
