Yes I received a call from 805-973-2314, some guy posing as a PG&E rep but it was an obvious scam. Will also report to PG&E.
An unwanted call from this Simi Valley VOIP number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Posters from Southern California have identified the callers as having foreign accents purporting to represent PG&E (which does not service Southern California, except Kern County) and peddling an energy savings scam, of which there are many. Remember Solyndra, which ripped off taxpayers for $500 million?
Whether it's solar energy, air duct cleaning, credit cards, timeshares, vacation giveaways, home improvements, computer repairs, the IRS, or Nigerian princes, A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!!!
805-973-2314 is a thumb sucking parasite with the characteristics of a worm-like maggot posing as a PG&E telescammer. Burn em and block this sorry excuse of a human being. The more that posts telescammers here, the higher their cost of doing business becomes. Changing telephone numbers many many times because the old numbers got too exposed, may accelerate their exit from telescamming. This is also a spoofed telephone number. This lowlife hiding from the law. Pray for him going out of business, getting a huge fine, and sharing a cell with Bubba.
Scampers according to PG&E
Returned call to this number after hours. Tried several times. Rang once then went to very loud and annoying busy signal. Believe I will block the number.
