This is like the 10th time I've gotten this call. I think it's the 2nd time I've reported it to the FTC.

Apparently they're known to ignore the Do Not Call registry.

Call details:

It starts out with a long pause. Then, "Hello, this is Rachel from Cardholder Services. Calling in reference to Your Current Credit Card Account...."

Then it says this is my final notice to get a lower interest rate. Press 1 to speak to a live representative, or else I'll miss this opportunity forever.

They never make good on their promise. I never press 1, and they always call again.

Just called me now and said they're from my credit card service and ask me to press 1 to talk to a representative. When I pressed 1, call dropped. I'm worried if they're trying to do something on my credit. Can somebody tell me where to report??

Caller left no message. When I called back, number was disconnected
