Total Scam. If you want to even the score a bit, turn off your caller ID, call the number back (after hours) press * when the 'after hours' message starts , when asked for a name, key in ashley then leave her a nice message!!!! I haven't hacked any other names yet but if you know any of their first names, you can leave them a message.

I received this voice mail even though the call was blocked. I have no credit card terminal. My number is in the business directory and therefore this "mandatory update" for my credit card terminal is likely a scam.
