yes they keep calling..we are are on the no call list..and blocked calls and we still get them..I just hang up

Phishing scam caller wants me to give control of my computer so he can fix error messages.

So I asked for his name and a number I could call back. His name is Jay. Gave me his # 853 253 5146. Sorry I haven't looked it up to see if it is a legitimate number for someone else.

Scam. Falsely claims to be Microsoft technical support, but (consider they claim to be tech support) cannot answer technical questions. If you feel like it's worthwhile, ask them, "What is the IP address of the computer in question" and they will give you some garbage that isn't even an IP address. Will almost always be an (Eastern) Indian who can barely speak English.

Caller 1 806 611 6600 is a scam Why can't it be terminated because of the complaints. .Do We have anyone checking them out. ? We can block them but why let them hurt others.

First they ask if I was there, I said I represent him (me) then ask if I had a computer & I replied several. They go on about being Microsoft and receiving error messages from my computer, I ask which one, they ask me if I was on my computer yesterday and again I ask which one. She gets frustrated and hangs up. My wife clued me in they called last week wanting to get on the computer (which one) to fix error messages. She told them they were trying to scam her and hung up.

Used to claim they were Microsoft, now they claim they are the IRS and will file a lawsuit if you do not call them at - xxx-xxx-xxxx- obviously to again try to scar you into giving them access to personal information

I received a call from 806-611-6600. Since I've had suspicious calls before I didn't answer. After not answering, I google number and many ppl getting same call. So, I will not answer.

I just received a call from this number. The caller claimed to be from Microsoft and that my computer was sending lots of error messages.

I told him that I knew it was a scam, and I asked him whether he was ashamed of himself and how he could tell his parents that this is what he did for a living. He insisted that he was from Microsoft.

When I summarized what he was going to ask me to do (open the Start menu, provide him with remote access, &c.), he hung up on me.
